第一次自己做蔥油餅XDDD
不愛看食譜自己亂來
首先加了一些麵粉(問我分量我也不清楚,因為是隨心所欲的加)
接下來加了太多的水啦~~~~
所以就變成超級水嫩嫩
只好無止盡的加麵粉啦~~~
終於!!!有點黏稠狀出現
偷偷瞄了Google大神給的食譜
要加一些油
讓他變得蓬鬆加延展性良好
耐心等待了一個小時後
就要給他下油鍋
由於沒有適當的工具可以攤平
所以只好克難地用鏟子+湯匙慢慢鋪平
所以厚度有點厚,哈哈
這個時候就只要注意別讓蔥油餅燒焦啦~~~
燈啦~
經過這次失敗的經驗後
建議大家超級簡單的步驟如下
1.先加些許的水(當然要看一下幾人份,但真的只要一點點點點就好)
2.倒入麵粉+蔥段+鹽攪拌,覺得不夠黏稠就繼續倒
這樣有幾個好處
一、份量比較容易掌控
二、比較好攪拌均勻
3.等到黏稠度差不多可以捏麵團後,倒入油,攪拌均勻,放在室溫耐心等待1小時
4.一小時過後,麵團的可塑性就超高啦~~~~
5.攤平丟油鍋煎
6.加醬油 :P
好吃的蔥油餅就上桌啦!
How to make Spring/Green onion pancake?
- Pouring a little bit water into content.
- Add flour, spring onion, salt and stir it very well.
- When you feel it stir enough like a ball not liquid, add oil into it and stir well again.
- After that, be patient an hour, don't stir it anymore.
- You will see it is plastic very well, then make it like a plate.
- Put the plate into hot oil pot. ( You have to heat it up before putting plate into pot.)
- Then take care of it and change to another side.
